New Jersey Car Show

Looking for a New Jersey car show this weekend?

Historic Smithville is having a Corvette show. They’re hosting over 100 Corvettes. My husband is a fan of the Corvette, and we got the chance to go to a Corvette show early in the summer. We were comparing the engines, along with the paint jobs, rims and other accessories people added. There was a gorgeous Candy Apple Red one that I loved, and a sharp yellow one. I like the styles in the 80’s and the new ones. I was never a big fan of the Stingray version.

The car show takes place from 10-4, with the rain date being October 26th.

Wildwood Hosting a Seafood and Music Festival

Wildwood is having a party this weekend. Will you be there? October 4th, from 11am to 8pm, there will be food, crafts, fun, music and more. Can you say pie eating contest? You’ll find the fun at Atlantic Ave between Wildwood and Schellinger Aves.

This is a family event, so keep it friendly!

If you’re looking for a place to stay, you can find Wildwood Hotels here.

South Jersey Pumpkin Farms

South Jersey Pumpkin Farms are a great place to get your next pumpkin. I don’t know about you, but when fall rolls around, I’m thinking of pumpkins, corn mazes and apple cider. Some people love haunted hay rides, but between the hay and the scaring, it’s not my thing! Sneezing and being scared isn’t up my alley. On the other hand, carving a pumpkin, or making a pumpkin pie…up my alley.

Here’s a couple South Jersey Pumpkin Farms (that I’m aware of) that you can check out to go pick our your perfect pumpkin for Halloween (if you know some that I missed, feel free to leave them in the comments):

Indian Acres Tree Farm
Tuckerton Rd, Medford

Marlboro Farm Market
601 Route 49, Bridgeton

Springdale Farm Market
1638 S Springdale Rd, Cherry Hill
