New Jersey’s October Snow

by Jersey Girl

New Jersey snow…in October. This was what it looked like yesterday in Hunterdon County. Heavy, wet snow blanketed the area. By the time it was said and done, we saw about 2-3 inches in my neighborhood. Just the day before, I bared the 50’s wearing flip-flops, so I guess it’s time to put those away for the season, and break out the sneakers and boots.

Happy first snow in New Jersey.

By the way, I hate the snow. I’m not an avid skiier, nor do I love to go ice skating. I am a sunshine and beach kind of girl, so let’s get this thing they call snow and winter out of the way, so that we can go back to the beach. ;)
